The Learning Experience is a 10,000 SF day care and early childhood education center in Wesley Chapel. Elite Builders & Developers was brought on to complete a comprehensive interior renovation following the franchise’s national brand standards.

With the center remaining fully operational throughout construction, the Elite team carefully phased the project in zones—executing work on nights and weekends to avoid disrupting daily operations. Each section was completed in its entirety during these off-hours, requiring detailed planning, precise coordination, and a flexible, solutions-focused approach.

This project marks the third successful collaboration between Elite Builders & Developers and The Learning Experience franchise owners, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner in delivering high-quality results under complex conditions.
